Ingredients

  • 1 lb sliced pork loin or shoulder
  • 3 cups bean sprouts
  • 4 scallions sliced
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 2 tbsp neutral oil

For the sauce:

  • 4 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 2 tsp sesame oil
  • 2 tsp brown sugar
  • 2 tsp rice vinegar
  • 1/4 cup water

Instructions

  • Slice pork thinly, rinse sprouts, chop scallions, and mince garlic.
  • In a small bowl, whisk together all sauce ingredients and set aside.
  • Heat oil in a wok or large skillet over medium-high heat.
  • Add garlic and pork to the hot pan. Stir-fry 3–4 minutes until browned.
  • Add the sauce and toss to coat pork evenly.
  • Add sprouts and scallions. Stir-fry for 2–3 minutes until vegetables are just tender.
  • Serve immediately over rice or noodles.
